Nowadays back pain and precisely low back pain is getting very common and it affects people of all ages, from children to the elderly. The 2010 Global Burden of Disease Study estimated that low back pain is among the top 10 diseases and injuries worldwide. Although the pain can be felt anywhere along the spine - from the neck down to the hips but pain in the lower back (also called as lumbar region) is particularly common.
In General, the mild or acute back pain normally improves within a few weeks or months but in some cases it gets chronic and becomes painful disease. So understanding the types of back pain will help you to find the type of back pain you are going through and once you locate your type of back pain then it is easy to treat more effectively and quickly or at least prevent it before getting it more worse and endanger your normal life.
It has been noticed that, in some cases the pain isn't caused by anything serious and will usually get better over time but in other cases if not treat then the pain can last longer duration or will keep coming back so it becomes vital to treat the minor pain as well before it become major part of your life.
